Contact during the meetings
- During the meetings, we do not answer the phone. In order to get through to us please send a fax to +33 4 70 42 14 42.
- We have an information point in the Forum (a central MeetingPoint) and all participants should check the news and messages several times per day.
- There are card phones near the Forum and a post box from which letters go out every day except sundays at reception.
- Telephone cards, postcards and stamps are on sale at Reception.
